Versatility v5 Light Touch Fingertip or Mouth Game Controller and Joystick Mouse for MD, SMA, ALS
A condensed version of Broadened Horizons’ original Versatility Adaptive Game Controller 1st introduced in 2008 that inspired the 2018 Microsoft Adaptive Controller for Xbox and later the Hori Adaptive Controller for Nintendo Switch.

The Versatility v5 requires only 15 grams of force and 1/4″-1/2″ (5-10 mm) of lip movement or the slightest fingertip movement: no head, arm, shoulder, elbow, or wrist movement is needed.
Comparable to Micro Low-Force Joysticks used by individuals with neuromuscular diseases such as muscular dystrophy or spinal muscular atrophy to control their wheelchairs but at 25% the cost including:
